Our Limited Batch Bourbon represents the pinnacle of our barrel program — a careful marriage of some of the finest barrels we have discovered on our journey through America’s most storied rickhouses. Taste

Silky, dense mouthfeel. Creme brûlée, cream puffs, cinnamon graham crackers, cherry hard candy, black pepper, pipe tobacco, vanilla, cranberry sauce, banana bread pudding, chocolate covered almonds.

Finish

The long finish begins with rich, sweet dessert notes of graham cracker pie crust and cream puffs, complemented by a caramel drizzle. A rich baking spice medley of nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper, and brown sugar takes center stage, with subtle undertones of tobacco that impart an earthy character to the finish, distinct from the initial palate experience. The finish concludes with bourbon banana bread pudding, heavy oak, and hot chocolate.
